Marketing & Partnerships Manager

Palais Constance, a fast-growing premium rosé wine brand founded by ‘The Gstaad Guy’, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Partnerships Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing partnerships, and driving brand awareness and growth for Palais Constance. You will work closely with the team to define and implement marketing plans that align with the brand's objectives and vision. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Palais Constance wines, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This includes both online and offline channels.
  • Brand positioning and messaging: Develop compelling brand positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of Palais Constance wines. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Content creation and marketing collateral: Oversee the development of engaging and high-quality marketing content, including product descriptions, social media posts, website copy, email campaigns, and advertising materials. Work with internal and external resources to produce visually appealing and persuasive marketing collateral.
  • PR: Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and events, to enhance brand reputation and secure media coverage.
  • Digital marketing and social media: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the wine or luxury goods industry. Wine certifications, such as WSET, are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the alcohol/wine market, including regulation, current trends and consumer preferences
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth
  • Experience managing partnerships and executing joint marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Availability to travel for events and meetings as required
